For those of you who aren't familiar with New York City Center's wonderful Encores series, here's reason enough for an introduction: "Where's Charley," playing tonight and tomorrow night (the completion of its run), stars Rebecca Luker, the extremely talented cross-dressing Rob McClure and Howard McGillin (of "Phantom of the Opera" fame) in a musical romp, Frank Loesser's first Broadway production which dates from 1948. It's lovely, there's a sing-a-long included (yes, really), and it's a wonderful evening of entertainment. If you can, grab tickets today.
