NYC Summer Restaurant Week - Book Now!

NYC Summer Restaurant Week 2013

New York’s restaurant week is such a phenomenon that it should really be labeled restaurant month.  This summer’s boon for diners, featuring $25 three-course prix fixe lunches $38 prix fixe dinners at 300 of the city’s toniest restaurants, runs from July 22 through August 16.  Reservations are available Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday dinner. (Check the full listing for specifics and menu options). While the program is still largely Manhattan based, there are a few restaurants showing up in Brooklyn and Queens, too. After 21 years, as any true New Yorker knows, there’s still nothing like a bargain, especially a food-related one.

If you’re an American Express Cardmember, you benefit even more.  Sign up to register your card and be sure to use it when you dine at any restaurant participating in Restaurant Week: you’ll get $5 off of any meal of $25 or more.

Here are a dozen of my favorite restaurants that you’ll see on the list:

A Voce Columbus – lunch (Monday-Friday)
Boulud Sud – lunch and dinner (Monday-Friday)
Circo – lunch and dinner (Monday – Friday); dinner (Sunday)
